2. Information we collect and how

We collect the following information.

• Contact form: your name, company name (optional), email address and inquiry
• LINE official account: your LINE display name and message content when you add us as a friend or chat with us
• Analytics: usage data such as pages viewed, referrers, browser and device type and approximate region, collected with cookies (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Visit records: on some pages (such as sales systemization, AI Sales Desk and Suiteki-Sekisen), we record the page, referrer and identifiers attached to ads or flyer QR codes (UTM parameters) in a sales support system we operate. Per-material identifiers may tell us which material a visit came from. Clicks on links to LINE are recorded in the same system
• Spam prevention: device and connection information used to block automated submissions when you send the form (Cloudflare Turnstile)

3. Purposes of use

We use the information within the following purposes.

• Answering and contacting you about inquiries
• Considering requests, quoting and providing services
• Informing you about services (within your wishes or consent)
• Analyzing and improving use of the Site
• Preventing abuse and keeping things secure

4. Provision to third parties

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. For inquiries handled jointly with a partner (such as sales systemization), if information needs to be shared with the partner we will tell you in advance and share it only with your consent.

5. Entrustment and businesses outside Japan

To the extent necessary for the purposes, we use services of and may entrust handling to the following businesses, including ones outside Japan. We select them carefully and supervise them as needed.

• Sending inquiry emails: Resend (USA)
• Analytics: Google LLC (USA)
• Spam prevention: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA)
• LINE official account: LY Corporation (Japan)

6. Security measures

We take measures such as encrypted communication, limiting who can access data, and selecting and supervising contractors to prevent leakage, loss or damage. When entrusting businesses outside Japan, we take security measures after understanding the personal information protection systems of those countries.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies to analyze usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work. You can also stop Google Analytics data collection with Google's opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

8. Requests for disclosure, correction or suspension

If you request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or of provision to third parties of personal information we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with law after verifying your identity. Please contact us below.
