Concept
Think of us as your "tech department," not an "outsourcer." An engineer who gets onto your floor, decides with you what stays with people, and replaces the rest with systems.
Nexa Engineering is not a dev shop that builds to spec and walks away. Drawing on 15 years of "floor sense" from manufacturing, we get into the flow of your work. We decide first what should stay with people, then replace the flows no one needs to touch, one by one.

Price Policy
"No opaque estimates." We make "what cost what" fully transparent. Instead of a lump-sum quote padded with risk buffers, we offer two options — monthly Genba AIX and time-and-materials quasi-delegation — both grounded in actual work and technical value.

* Prices exclude tax. Because one engineer comes in directly, each tier has a cap. When a tier is full, start with Assessment and move up when a slot opens. The build slot covers what’s decided in sessions; larger development runs under quasi-delegation (rates below).

Three tiers by what you need done (excl. tax, per hour). Every estimate and invoice shows which rate applied, and for how many hours.

Minor fixes, troubleshooting, and settings changes for systems we built (or took over). E.g. copy or field changes, restoring something that stopped working, settings updates when staff change.
For ongoing monthly support and improvement, monthly Genba AIX is better value.

R&D with the latest AI — challenges without textbook answers yet. E.g. an AI assistant trained on your documents and data, mechanisms where AI operates your internal systems directly, demand and sales forecasting models.
* Excl. tax. You pay only rate × actual hours. AI-driven development compresses the work itself, so even at a higher hourly rate, the total usually comes in below conventional outsourcing.

A manufacturer — year-round support, replacing one flow at a time toward set goals
A case on Genba AIX Rework (¥150,000/mo) throughout the year. We started on the floor, decided what stays with people, and set a goal for each flow to replace. When a goal is reached, we move on to the next flow — the monthly cost stays flat while replaced flows add up.

A case where we support development throughout the year as part of their tech team. Because the contract is quasi-delegation, the workload scales up in busy periods and narrows to maintenance in quiet ones — monthly cost moves between roughly ¥150,000 and ¥700,000 with demand.
