AI Sales Desk

That spreadsheet? You can keep it.

The sheet you inherited from the last generation, the booking system your staff know by heart, the calendar you open every morning, LINE — you throw away none of it. AI connects them from behind, so you and your team see where each deal stands on the same screen. And the next move — who, and what — is already decided.

Three companies a month. Ten minutes. You don't have to tell us anything about your company yet.

Act 1 — Sunday night, at the office

You are the one who grew that spreadsheet.

Alone in the office, you open the sheet you've used for ten years. More columns, more colours, more rules. You inherited it from the previous generation and added to it every time something new came up. Hard to use? Maybe. But this sheet is why the business has held together this far.

You type in this month's figures. Last month's cells are overwritten and gone. What the same month looked like last year isn't recorded anywhere now. — Well, you roughly remember.

You open the booking system and copy next month's appointments into the calendar. Ten minutes or so. You do it every week; your hands know the way.

Last, you open LINE. Three unread. Two enquiries with photos, and a reply from someone you quoted last week. ...Which one was it you hadn't answered?

The tools aren't the problem. These tools are what got you here.

Act 2 — And you never hear it

A lost customer makes no sound.

Nothing broke. Nobody slacked off. It's only that when something slips, no one can see that it did.

Your customers move in this order.

Next time

and round to an enquiry again

Nowhere does it record where something fell out.

  1. Enquiries drift away

An enquiry arrives with photos. If you can't answer right then, you think "later." The next day brings another, and the earlier one is pushed up off the screen. You usually notice you never replied only after that customer has gone somewhere else.

  2. After the quote, silence

You sent the quote. No reply. Chasing feels pushy. — Three weeks on, the only person who remembers what became of it is you. And you are carrying twenty others.

  3. The right moment passes unnoticed

A year since the last delivery. There are customers who would act if you simply said "it's about that time again." You have the list. What you don't have is anything that tells you when "about that time" has arrived.

  4. Last year isn't there anymore

You want to compare with last year. You want to hand something over. Only then do you notice last year's numbers aren't anywhere. Something may still sit inside the old system you inherited — but nobody can open it.

Nothing records what was lost. So you can't know how much of it there is.

The turn — the real cause

You have enough tools. They just aren't connected.

A spreadsheet, a booking system, a calendar, LINE. You already have what you need. What's missing isn't a tool.

The trouble is that each of them lives somewhere else. Enquiries in LINE, appointments in the calendar, numbers in the sheet. The only place they are laid over one another is inside your head. That is why nothing runs without you — and why things slip in the weeks your hands are full.

Ask an IT company and you'll usually be told to replace the lot. If it's scattered, consolidate it — the logic holds. But that single new thing also means discarding, all at once, the habits your people spent ten years learning.

Right now, only one place holds it all.

Your headthe only place these four are laid over one another

Which is why things slip in the weeks your hands are full.

You don't have to replace them to connect them.

The promise — a DX that discards nothing

There are two ways to modernize.

The usual way
  1. Replace everything
  2. Everyone relearns
  3. Nobody uses it
Our way
  1. Keep the tools
  2. AI connects the back end
  3. Everyone sees where you stand, and what's next

This is how we actually work

A ten-year-old order-management spreadsheet, a booking system with payments attached, Google Calendar — there is a business modernizing right now with all of them still in place. The new system doesn't replace them; it holds the source of truth and acts as the hub between them. The tools stay where they are; the scattered picture comes together.

How it works

Once the picture comes together, the next move is obvious.

This is what happens after the tools stay and the connections go in. We'll walk you through it on the screens our own company runs on every day.

Sales runs on a loop — driven by HASHIRA SFA.

AI-driven sales support: input effort stays near zero, AI spots the stalls, and guides you to the next action.

The sales loop

  1. Record

Almost zero typing. AI updates deals and activity logs from your emails and chats.

  2. Where you stand

Which deal has moved how far. You and your team look at the same screen and see the same picture.

  3. Detect

Deals dormant for 10 days, contract renewals at 60/30/14/7 days out — AI watches daily.

  4. Next move

Who to reach, about what, in what words — AI drafts it with its reasoning and puts it up for approval.

  5. Act

Nothing AI drafts goes out on its own. It moves only after an approve or dismiss, and who approved it when stays in the record.

What this loop changes isn't the typing. It's that everyone sees the same picture of where the company stands, and the next move — who, and what — is already decided. That is the state that moves sales forward.

This loop keeps turning every day — independent of anyone's willpower.

Why Nexa

We went looking for someone who could do this. We didn't find them.

We're not trying to oversell. We simply could not find a firm that met all four of these at once — so we built it ourselves.

The axis and the technology, held in the same hands

The consulting that designs what you are selling and why, and the engineering that builds how it runs. Most firms are one or the other. The strategist doesn't build systems; the systems people don't own the sales design — that is exactly the wall in Act 2. Here, both sit at the same table.

We use it every day before we sell it

What we show you isn't a demo screen. Our own company runs on this system — the morning standup, the deal pipeline, the reconciliation with accounting. We don't sell anything we don't use ourselves, daily.

We don't break what your people built

Ten years on Japanese manufacturing floors, then five years leading new-line launches and production stabilization at an advanced plant in North America. People who only know technology say "let's replace everything." We don't, because we know in our bones how many years it takes for a workaround on the floor to become good practice.

Someone who can read your old system comes in person

The code and the database you inherited from the previous generation — we read them ourselves. The person you talk to is the engineer, so nothing gets thinner passing through a chain of messengers.

Plenty of firms can do one of these. Almost none can do all four.

FAQ

Honest answers to the usual worries.

Do we really get to keep the tools we use now?

Yes. The spreadsheets, the booking system, the calendar, LINE — all stay. The new system doesn't replace them; it holds the source of truth and acts as the hub between them. There is a business modernizing right now with a ten-year-old spreadsheet and a booking system with payments attached both still in place.

We inherited an old system and nobody can touch it.

We read the code and the database ourselves. The person you talk to is the engineer, so nothing gets thinner passing through a chain of messengers. We look inside first and tell you which of keep / connect / retire actually makes sense. We won't open with a proposal to rebuild it.

Will the AI contact our customers on its own?

No. AI prepares the draft and nothing moves until it is approved or dismissed, and who approved it when stays in the record. Nothing reaches a customer without you seeing it first.

Can staff who aren't comfortable with computers use it?

We don't assume anyone learns a new screen. Your team keeps using the tools they know, and we connect them behind the scenes. The one screen everyone looks at is the one showing where things stand.

What does it cost?

We don't publish a flat price. The number of tools to connect and the state of the systems you're keeping differ by company. After the live demo and the free diagnosis, we put the price and the reasoning behind it in writing. You're free to stop there.

Do you work outside Kumamoto?

Yes, online. We visit in person within Kumamoto Prefecture. The live demo works fine online.

Give us ten minutes first.

We won't bring a proposal deck. We show you the working thing, and we work out together whether the same would hold in your company. If the answer is "not now," that's where it ends. We don't chase.

In person or online (we visit within Kumamoto Prefecture). Ten to thirty minutes.
